Frost is like the blanket that reminds us that deep underground life has stalled but still alive.
At times the surface nudges us to look deeper and celebrate the wonders of silence and stillness.
The undergrowth is a world of its own.
No matter how short a human is when looking down to the ground we have to crouch and bend.
Our feet crunch,squeeze,scruch and step over a world of wonder.
In winter a carpet of fallen natural elements cover the busy ground with wonder.
Tree trunks show off the beauty of plant life that watches over winter.
Splashes of colour remind us that there is more to come.
A family of seeds stand tall while moss covers secrets of the underground.
Silence…a gift full of sounds and wisdom.
With the New Year I have decided to keep a journal of ideas,thoughts,images and artwork. My mind buzzes continuously. The time has come To share them.
It will be a spontaneous rainfall. A way of capturing my mind wandering. A way of researching the path of creativity in its conscious moments.
